The Student Recruitment and Admissions Office oversees all aspects of the recruitment and admissions process. It is responsible for planning and implementing MBZUAI’s student recruitment and admissions strategies and ensuring that the quality and volume of new students are aligning with the university’s objectives.
Objective
The Student Recruitment and Admissions Office is responsible and accountable for positioning MBZUAI as the most sought-after AI research university by recruitment and enrolment of the most competitive cohorts and facilitating a positive onboarding experience for admitted students. The team aims to recruit and admit students from targeted regions to ensure diversity.

The Registrar’s Office provides quality support services to students that include, but not limited to, maintaining and preserving the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of all academic records. In addition, providing services to create and support course registration, classroom assignment, degree audit, enrollment verification, and issuing transcripts and diplomas.
Objective
The Registrar’s Office provides the best quality services during the student’s study tenure through efficiently using integrated systems to be visible online and offline and readily respond to inquiries.

The Student Careers & Alumni Office supports students and graduates to access AI related learning and employment opportunities by offering a high-quality personalized service. In addition, building and maintaining co-operative relationships with students, faculty, staff, alumni and employers to create an impactful and innovative ecosystem.
Objective
The Student Careers & Alumni Office provides information on AI career pathways whilst assisting students in evaluating and implementing career, education, employment decisions and plans. The team aims to help students develop employability skills and support in obtaining appropriate internship and employment opportunities providing a hybrid of employer engagement opportunities.
